Transferring Data from Payroll for Adagio to Adagio Ledger and Adagio Job Cost

First, turn on Transfer. Configure Adagio Transfer to enable the automatic transfer of posted Payroll data to Adagio.

Configure Adagio Ledger
Once configured, Payroll automatically transfers data to Adagio Ledger when Payroll posting creates general ledger entries.

Configure Adagio Job Cost
Once configured, Payroll automatically transfers data to Adagio Job Cost when Payroll posting creates JC job-related entries from Timecards used by Calculate Payroll or when you void a check that contains JC job-related entries.

Then, when you open Adagio Ledger or Adagio Job Cost and run the appropriate function, the batches from Payroll for Adagio are presented for posting.

Retransfer
The Payroll Retransfer commands let you resend data to Adagio Job Cost and Adagio Ledger. For example, retransfer if the previously transferred data file is damaged or deleted before it can be retrieved by Adagio.
