What's New in the Tax Form Kit?

California DE 7
California DE 7, an EDD-approved the California Annual Reconciliation Statement. First you select the Payroll tax year for which to generate the data. Fill in the DE 7 window with the appropriate Payroll data that isn’t already defaulted. Once you complete the fields in the DE 7 window, click Create PDF to print a DE 7 Form that is filled in with your Payroll data and the information in the DE 7 window. The PDF DE7 Form is ready to submit to the tax authority.

You can print the DE 7 for any available current or past year at any time.

CA SUTA and CA SDI
To generate the DE 7 correctly, make sure that CA SUTA and CA SDI are system-defined (not user-defined) taxes. Payroll generates the DE 7 from amounts posted to the system-defined factors for CA SUTA and CA SDI.

The required Adobe Reader can be downloaded free from the Adobe web site.

A Tax Form Kit Update will install only on top of a full version of the Tax Form Kit that has been purchased and installed on 21st Century US Payroll for Adagio.

You must install both TFK 3.4.1 and the latest Tax Table Update to be able to produce the ready-to-submit reports.
